Mark Lewis
Mark Lewis, President & CEO
Mark brings more than 20 years of executive leadership and management experience in the energy industry in both operating and investing roles. Prior to joining OZZ, Mark was a Partner and Managing Director with MissionPoint Capital Partners, a private investment firm investing in the transition to a lower carbon economy. Mark co-led the firm's overall investment strategy and was a member of the investment committee. Previously, Mark was with GE in a number of roles in Europe and North America, including leading the global business development activities of GE's largest industrial business, GE Energy. Mark began his career with Credit Suisse in their energy and M&A advisory businesses. Mark holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a B.A. (Hons. with distinction) from the University of Western Ontario. Mark also serves on the boards of Trilliant Inc., a global smart grid solutions provider, and UpWind Solutions Inc., a large independent provider of operations and maintenance services to the North American wind industry.



Boris Baril
Boris Baril, Chief Financial Officer
A highly experienced finance professional, Boris joined OZZ from Algonquin Power & Utilities Corp., where he was Director of Finance and Administration and a member of the senior management team for APCo, Algonquin's IPP subsidiary. At Algonquin, Boris was responsible for APCo's finance and accounting functions, including financial planning and reporting. He also supported Algonquin's transition from an income fund to a corporate structure. Prior to his tenure at Algonquin, Boris was VP, Finance and Group Controller for Universal Energy Group, a TSX-listed company which was acquired by Just Energy (JE) in 2009. As VP, Finance, Boris supported significant growth as the business went from a $40 million private company to a $540 million public company in 3 years, and Boris was instrumental in Universal's 2007 Initial Public Offering which raised $143 million. He was also involved in a number of acquisitions undertaken by Universal and with the transition after the sale of the company to JE. Boris holds a Bachelors of Administrative Studies degree from York University and is a Chartered Accountant.



Marco Pisterzi
Marco Pisterzi, President, OZZ Solar
Marco has led OZZ's solar business, OZZ Solar, since July 2010, during which time the business has built the largest portfolio of Feed-in Tariff contracts in Ontario. Prior to joining OZZ Solar, Marco was Vice- President, Finance at Trilliant Inc., a global provider of network solutions for the clean tech/smart grid marketplace, including advanced metering infrastructure and demand response. Trilliant was a high growth start up when Marco joined the company and he played a key senior role in five acquisitions, several financing transactions and the restructuring of Trilliant's asset base leading to a private equity transaction. Previously, he was Corporate Controller at OZZ Corporation, a renewable energy conglomerate, and he began his career at BDO Canada LLP. Marco received an Honours degree in Economics from York University.



Nino Silvestri
Nino Silvestri, President, Gas & Power
Nino, the leader of OZZ's Gas & Power division, is an energy executive with approximately 30 years of experience in retail and wholesale natural gas and electricity commodity marketing and trading, energy regulation, and home service energy products. He was one of the founding partners of Universal Energy Corporation and held the position of President and COO, prior to Universal being acquired by Just Energy. Prior to that, Nino was President of his own energy services company and the Senior Vice President, Marketing and Business Development, at Direct Energy Marketing Limited. Prior to joining Direct Energy, he held various middle management marketing positions at TransCanada Pipelines Limited for ten years. Nino is a past board member of the Ontario Energy Marketers Association, the Ontario Natural Gas Association, and the Coalition of Eastern Natural Gas Aggregators. He holds a Master of Arts degree in Economics from York University, as well as an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University.



Stephen Plummer
Stephen Plummer, Executive Vice President, Gas & Power
Prior to joining OZZ's Gas & Power division, Stephen was one of the founding partners of Universal Energy and held the position of Chief Financial Officer. He had operational responsibility for finance, technology services, human resources and back office operations. Stephen successfully designed and managed the setup of the back office operations at Universal for a market launch in July 2005 leading to a customer base of 228,000 at IPO. In August 2006, Stephen assumed responsibility for the IPO process for Universal successfully managing all aspects of the IPO for a successful public offering of $143 million. Post IPO, Stephen continued to manage all aspects of Universal's growth to achieve a customer base of 575,000 customers until the sale of Universal to Just Energy in June 2009. Prior to Universal, Stephen ran a successful chartered accountancy practice for ten years, was the CFO of a national trust company and a manager at Ernst & Young. Stephen holds a BBA and MBA from York University's Schulich School of Business. He is a Chartered Accountant and Certified Financial Planner.



Christine Walterhouse
Christine Walterhouse, Vice President of Human Resources, OZZ Clean Energy
Christine brings a dynamic and results-oriented approach to her role as Vice-President of Human Resources at OZZ Clean Energy. Prior to joining OZZ, Christine worked as the Director of Human Resources for the Con Drain Group of Companies where she created, built and managed the first dedicated Human Resource function for their four umbrella companies. Previously, Christine acted as both a Vice-President and Director of Skyline International Development Inc. where she provided strategic HR consulting and client service support to senior executives and managers. Prior to her role at Skyline, Christine also held the title of Director of Human Resources for the Canada Lands Company CLC Limited (CN Tower). Christine holds her Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation, and is experienced in a variety of HR areas, such as Employee Relations, Labour Relations, Human Resources Management, Health & Safety and Training and Development.
