Steven Muzzo, Chairman
Steven Muzzo is the founder of OZZ Electric Inc. where he is President
and CEO. Established in 1991, OZZ Electric is a full-service Electrical
and Data Com company with over 400 electricians servicing the ICI
and multi-residential markets in Ontario and Alberta. Steven also cofounded
OZZ Comfort Solutions and Trilliant Inc. Trilliant provides intelligent
network solutions and software to utilities around the world for
advanced metering, demand response and smart grid management.
John D. "Jack" Fuller, Director
After a career with General Electric spanning 37 years, Jack retired as the Chairman of GE-Hitachi Nuclear Energy in July 2011. Jack previously served as President and CEO of GE-Hitachi Nuclear Energy, CEO of Global Nuclear Fuels and as CFO for GE’s nuclear business. Jack’s previous assignments with GE included the Aircraft Engine business, the Aerospace business, and the Corporate Information Technology segments. Jack is a past director of the Nuclear Energy Institute and the World Nuclear Association. He also plays an active role in community leadership positions including his current service as the Chairman of the Board of New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington, North Carolina. He holds a Bachelor degree in Aeronautics/Math from Miami University.
Stanley H. Hartt, O.C., Q.C., Director
Stanley is Chairman of Macquarie Capital Markets Canada Ltd., a
global provider of banking, financial advisory, investment & funds
management services with over $382 billion of AUM. Macquarie operates
in 28 countries with approximately 12,700 employees globally.
Called to the Quebec Bar in 1965, he worked for Stikeman Elliott for 20
years and from1985 to 1988, was Deputy Minister of the Department
of Finance, Canada. From 1989 to 1990, Stanley was Chief of Staff in
the Office of Prime Minister Brian Mulroney and from1990 to 1996, he
was Chairman, President and CEO of Campeau Corporation. In 1996,
Stanley became Chairman of Salomon Brothers Canada Inc., later
renamed Citigroup Global Markets Canada Inc., until 2008. He continued
his public service as Chair of the Advisory Committee on
Financing, established by the Minister of Finance during the Global
Financial Crisis. He was also a member of the Canadian Task Force on
Social Finance which reported in December 2010.
Stephen J. J. Letwin, Director
One of Canada’s premier business leaders, Steve Letwin is President
and Chief Executive Officer of IAMGOLD. He has been a member of
the Board of Directors since joining the Company. Specializing in corporate
finance, operational management, and merger and acquisitions,
Steve brings over 30 years of experience from the highly competitive
resource sector. Steve was previously with Enbridge Inc.
in Houston, Texas, as Executive Vice President, Gas Transportation &
International. He was responsible for natural gas operations including
overall responsibility for Enbridge Energy Partners as Managing Director.
In 1999, Steve joined Enbridge as President and COO, Energy Services,
based in Toronto, Canada. Before Enbridge, he was President &
CEO of TransCanada Energy and CFO, TransCanada Pipelines,
Numac (Westcoast Energy) and Encor Energy. Mr. Letwin holds an
MBA from the University of Windsor, is a Certified General Accountant,
a graduate of McMaster University (B.Sc., Honours), and a graduate of
the Harvard Advanced Management Program.
Mark J. Lewis, President & CEO
Mark brings more than 20 years of executive leadership and management
experience in the energy industry in both operating and
investing roles. Prior to joining OZZ, Mark was a Partner and Managing
Director with MissionPoint Capital Partners, a private investment firm
investing in the transition to a lower carbon economy. Mark co-led
the firm's overall investment strategy and was a member of the
investment committee. Previously, Mark was with GE in a number of
roles in Europe and North America, including leading the global business
development activities of GE's largest industrial business, GE
Energy. Mark began his career with Credit Suisse in their energy and
M&A advisory businesses. Mark holds an MBA from the Kellogg School
of Management at Northwestern University and a B.A. (Hons. with
distinction) from the University of Western Ontario. Mark also serves on
the boards of Trilliant Inc., a global smart grid solutions provider, and
UpWind Solutions Inc., a large independent provider of operations
and maintenance services to the North American wind industry.
